Bold Catering and Design is proud to partner with The Galloway School to bring the 2021 Elliott’s Evening Gala to life.

While this year’s event may feel a little different from years past, Chef Mitchell has created a thoughtfully curated duo-entrée meal and vegetarian/vegan option for tonight’s event.

Inside the boxes that were delivered to you earlier today, you will find all of the ingredients for tonight’s meal:

Herb Crusted Filet and Seared Grouper
with a port wine demi glaze and chive butter sauce, over parsnip-potato mashed potatoes and crispy Brussels sprouts

OR

Grilled Vegetable Napoleon
with red pepper coulis and optional crumbled goat cheese
