A VERY IMPORTANT DATE

When one of Atlanta’s largest employers wanted to thank their employees, they went Bold for an award-winning wonderland. We put our imaginations in overdrive to ensure every guest was truly impressed with this Alice in Wonderland event.

Bold created a complete Red Queen’s Court featuring red velvet tufted staging and boxwood hedge walls with red and white roses, while two silver knights stood guard over the large King’s and Queen’s thrones. In the Enchanted Forest, you can find a working butler wall complete with “Eat Me, Drink Me” signs and illustrations from the classic children’s book creating context in this magical atmosphere.

We developed a palette of textures and elevations, and planned for our desserts to be just as much a part of the décor as the meal. Food and beverage highlights included buffet stations that were croquet mallets, aerial bartenders and the Mad Hatter’s dessert station with a mélange of tables and linens, offering magical treats and eclectic chairs to enjoy them in.
