Flowers make the world go round! We were excited to host our friends at NACE (National Association for Catering and Events) for Sips & Stems, a floral design class to send our fellow event pros into spring with a new skill, a gorgeous bouquet and the opportunity to network with our industry peers that we’ve been sorely missing.
Inside the iconic King Plow Event Gallery, we laid out tables for 2 with fresh cut flowers, vases, pruning shears, thorn strippers and instructions on how to create the perfect floral arrangement. Our Bold designers passed along their expertise so attendees could transform hydrangeas, roses, seeded eucalyptus and lush greenery into artful bouquets perfect for springtime entertaining.
And it wouldn’t be a Bold event without delightful bites to nosh on: We created grab & go bento boxes filled with Bold signatures, including cured meats & cheeses from our charcuterie display as well as biscuits & jam. Sweets on offer included our French macarons (available in flavors like lavender and lemon-blueberry) and dark chocolate bark for maximum satisfaction.
