Where does the National Association for Catering and Events go when they want a creative teambuilding experience? To Bold, of course! Chef Todd Annis and his team flexed their culinary muscles and delivered a memorable white coat experience by creating an “Iron Chef” competition.
As guests arrived for this networking event for the Greater Atlanta chapter of NACE, they were greeted with hors d’oeuvres and a charcuterie station while drinks awaited at the bar. After mingling and networking, guests were seated at their assigned tables.
Bold created a large market space in the center of the room filled with fresh ingredients for the “contestants” to choose from for their dish creations. Each team had ten minutes to brainstorm and one hour to cook a meal for judges to review. Everyone got to enjoy the fruits of their labor while the judges assigned prizes, and winners received bottles of wine, bags of gourmet grits and Bold Catering homemade pies.
